Still Waiting

We submitted our offer yesterday and are still waiting to here back. They have until Thursday to respond so all we can do is wait. The realator thinks it was a good offer and that the seller will be happy but it is a short sale so the bank needs to approve also. I started packing today, I'm trying to throw out everything I don't need or really don't want to bring with us. I also started a list of everthing we can sell either through Craigs List or a yard sale. It would be nice if we could make some money to make the move a little more affordable.

House Hunting

We spent the entire weekend in St. George looking for a new house. For those of you who don't know or haven't heard yet we will be soon moving to Utah. The trip was very tiring but we found a couple of homes that we really like. The kids were exhausted after our trip but we were very happy we brought them along so we could get their input too. Connor and Lily both want a big yard and a large toy room. John is putting in an offer today on the one we like the most. So everyone cross your fingers that we get it. It has everything that all of us want. I need a big kitchen and this one has many cabinets and a walk in pantry. It has a large bonus room that for now could be a toy room and in a couple of years a theater room. It also has a large back yard that both the kids will enjoy and gives Dexter plenty of room to run around. So it's a great home and we really hope all works out. If not we just need to keep looking.
